WTF , I just got off of JEI's web page and seen the writeup on Donny using a JEI in Oskaloosa, sounds like it worked pretty good, How about his new teammate, doesnt Paul pilot a EAGLE? so is this the end for the JNJ and Schatz? , Im just confused? maybe JEI can weld up a ladder for "The Kid" ? better luck next time ! who's the chassis of choice in 08?

The way Schatz has been running this year, he could build his own Lego chassis and still win.....
Fenders are like vacuums... they both suck.

A better question might be "will Eagle chassis be around in '08"? I heard a lot of stories and rumors about them at Nats. I noticed even the Dude who was one of the guys I consider that made the Eagle real popular has switched to JEI. Maybe Eagle1 can give us his version and settle any rumors.

Whilst team 15 might try a JEI, it could only be to keep J&J on their toes.
If I'm team 15, I aint changing nothing. There might be a connection between the crew chief and JEI but the roots run deep between the team 15 boss & J&J.
everyone trys the other brand of cola from time to time, just to see if it tastes different.
just my nickles worth

I did see it in person, he was using a JEI. They announced he was just testing one. He also broke a torsion arm. (I realize the track was rough) but I guess if they switch they'll have to still use J&J arms!
Usually Eagle has a chassis sitting at the speedwaymotors booth. I had seem a Maxim stashed underneath the grandstand. Didnt see either this year.

have you ever priced an eagle chassis? just for a frame you still have to pay an arm and a leg. would you pay more for a car that isn't proving itself or less for a car that is winning races? the choice is simple to me!
do it in the dirt

so, is Paulie gonna try a JNJ?, how about Saldana , is he gonna drag a 89 gambler out, and see if it is the hot whip? , I got a feeling someone is searching, and only searching for #1, the Eagle ,Max, JEI and JNJ really arnt that different in price ,although royalties come with a price, Donny has had a pretty good thing with JNJ, but , who really has the better SLED? and think about tommarrow?

If you check yhe Speedway Motors catalog, the Eagle kit and the J & J kit are exactly the same price......

Saw this year's raffle car and it is a JEI chassis with a Shaver engine. It is a real beauty, all top shelf components as well.
