There is a lot to be said about any track building UP an even for car and fan count in the past 10 year’s of this sport. I live 3 miles from the Eagle track and have not gone since the 360’s left. I am a true SC fan and my interest was waning far before the 360’s left in the fact Eagle was getting loaded heavy with the “bumble bee” classes. I get why though, did not complain, but found myself mot making the effort to tell the wife I was going to the races so find something to do without me or meet me at the Dog after, etc. As a 35 year long SC fan my sweet spot got out of tune. Anyhow, this thread aint about me. Cheers to Eagle on this 3 day show! I will be there for sure this year. And congrats for having the courage and swagger to take a chance on the 305 class with the huge “wind in the face”. In the end the opinions on this forum are a massive minority. For we are advanced level SC nerds that collectively account for less than 1/10,000^th of the revenue level and nothing close to accurate representative public opinion of the overall sport. We are not representative sample in any way, shape or form as we are biased. Take any form of public opinion polling and they only care about average “Joe Cheeseburger’s” opinion as he is representative of the middle of the road masses you see bumbling around at the races. Those are the folks representative of the large school of fish that equate to what drives revenue at the track. We on this forum and our opinions are not valid scientific sample. So, EPS guy & Eagle Race Way I applaud you again for your courage to “lean into the corner” and not just do the same old same old.
