Southern Oklahoma Speedway Ready for Texas Sprinters!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEAESE – Geary, Oklahoma – June 2, 2014 - This coming Saturday night, June 7, Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore, Oklahoma will be hosting the annual appearance of the Fort Worth, Texas based Sprint Series of Texas (SST) in the series first and only appearance of the season.
Over twenty drivers from throughout the state of Texas and southern Oklahoma will be on hand to tackle the three-eighths mile oval in an event that every year is much anticipated by fans and track officials.
The tracks weekly divisions of hobby stocks, limited modifieds and late models will also be competing for their regular weekly point and payout. The speedway has seen increased car counts thus far for the 2014 race season with the limited modified division averaging close to 25 cars each and every Saturday night.
General admission tickets for ages 13 and up are $20; ages 6-12 & Senior's $15; while pit passes are just $30. Pit gates will open at 5:00 PM with racing slated for a 7:30 PM start time.
