I'm not sure about what you guys think, but the from the videos I've seen on The Cushion the WoO racing has been excellent over the past few weeks.

This has been a very entertaining season so far. Sometimes you may have a feature winner from the pole on paper, but that doesn't show anything of what happened in the actual race.

There are  some good ideas here  , yours included  , but the bottom line is  no change  because  the   drivers like it , and  we continue to  pack  the grandstands . So they think the fans are happy with the present format  , or WRG  DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU  JUST  YOUR MONEY .

I really don't disagree with you--I was just saying what I would like to see.  Still going to go--still going to enjoy the show.  Time trials just get a little boring is all.

So don't go to WoO shows than if your unhappy with them. Not sure why that concept is so hard for you to figure out. You and Stroker race and dirtlover can carpool to non-wing shows and talk about all the stuff you hate and want to change. I'm sure it'll be an enjoyable ride.

Another vote for passing points. There's enough excitement on track to eliminate the pure chance of quali draw and dash pill. Enjoying this year nonetheless.

I don't think the drivers like the format but they can't bitch to much because you can't pass anybody. These cars are so locked down that it is impossible to even start 10th and win. If they decreased the wing and regulated the tires better, then you could change the format. Drivers will never accept the passing points rule because they know how hard it is to pass anybody. These drivers are all very talented but if you freed up the cars you would really see who was the best. I won't throw any driver under the bus but my gut tells me that a couple of guys that have wins would be without if the cars were different.

You must not have been in Knoxville last August when Schatz came 21st to 1st in 31 laps, or in Sarver last July when Larson came 26th to 2nd at the Silver Cup Twins. There is nothing wrong with the racing. People will always find something to bitch about. Plain and simple.

However, I do agree that some drivers would be without wins. Cody Darrah, namely.

I am a big supporter of passing points--however, I think he was referring to track conditions at heat race time--and he does have a good point.

Just a thought--run 1st round of heats, support class (if there is one), then 2nd round of heats.  ???

Track may come in by 2nd round of heats and i think there would be more passing.    ???

No expert--just some thoughts.  I have seen good passing in the heats at the K-ville Nationals by the 3rd or 4th heat.

Your a big supporter of passing points then maybe your series should be ascs. No one is holding a gun to your head making you watch or follow the Outlaws. If your unhappy with 13 winners in 24 races, and numerous finishes at the line then go watch 360's. Its that simple. There is nothing wrong with the Racing whatsoever. My god, you people crack me up. Its your choice if you watch them or not. Obviously with record attendance everywhere they are doing something right. When is the last time 6 or 7 guys actually had a shot to win the title ? Sounds like a bunch of Nascar fans whining about all types of bullshit rather than looking at the facts of what may be the best season in the history of the Outlaws.
