Shout out to Logan, Bobby Allen, and crew on past weekends performance. First time at track and to lead 22 laps on night 1, and a strong second place on night 2 is impressive. Low budget team vs deep pocket owners and corporate sponsonship stirs up thoughts of a modern day David vs Goliath scenario. Hopefully they find enough backing to stay on the tour for the entire season. A WoO win is not out of the question this year based on Friday and Saturday's results.
Congrats to Rico on first WoO win. Seems like the future of sprint car racing is in good hands.

I have to say after Vegas I was questioning if the Shark team was out of their league in trying to run with the Woo on a weekly basis. Logan definitly got it done at Tulare and changed my thoughts. Hopefully the strong finishes will help the bank account out so they can make it through the CA swing. Now Jacob Allen, he in for a long season from what I have seen so far.

Why is there such a difference between the two cars?? At Vegas Jacob's car sounded horrible and was not even remotely able to keep up. From the results in Cali. it seems to continue.

I was thrilled to see Logan have such a good weekend. It is so awesome to see Scruffy back at the track. Not sure what is going on with Jacob Allen, nor can I believe they are trying to field two cars. I can only figure that the Jacob thing won't last and they will pool all of their resources into Logan.

It helps keep them on the road in a way by having two cars in attendance (assuming they both get into top 15) - We have to remember Jacob has VERY limited experience in the 410s and very limited experience in a Sprint Car in general. While results may not be there, I believe he will be more up to speed with everything the more seat time he gets this year. I personally am not expecting results from Jacob this early, just seat time. As long as he toughs it out and doesn't let results get him down, he'll be alright.
I've been impressed with Logan the past few years with his 358 racing and how quickly he adapted to 410s. He isn't intimidated by the Outlaw guys and should (if he hasn't already) earn everyones respect rather shortly.
I hope they end up running the entire tour. Just to see Bobby Allen in the pits when they race near me will be a highlight!

i don't know them at all but just went up and talked with jacob at tulare and he said he had been very sick prior to vegas and was trying to get his strength back at that race. said he was feeling better now and was glad there was time between events in cali so he could have time to rest between them.
logan was impressive. the good thing about having limited experience is sometimes you don't know when you are doing something that might get you in trouble. like passing t-mac up against the turn 4 wall on the white flag lap. lol.
gotta give t-mac credit, he knew logan was there and he left him room.
to indy and beyond!!

Jacob Allen will never make the show. Seen both of them race around here long enough. Jacob is only with them for the tow money, which most likely goes to Logan anyway. It also doesn't hurt whenever you have TSR helping you with traveling. That came fron Jacobs mouth himsElf.

Its quite refeshing to see a team such as this on tour, it will be intresting to see if Logans likes were purely on the track, (Tulare), regardless it was a tuff place to keep up on the wheel and not fold under pressure, and he did it both nights, not just a phase, that helps raise some eyebrows so to speek, In Jacobs defence stepping into a 410 and touring different venues night in and night out is a difficult task to take in, the car alone has changed dramatically vs a 358, with the amout of competition coast to coast, different settups, different tracks, he has alot on his plate , he is in a hazing of sprint racing and hopefully he adapts and learns alot.this could go the other direction with tore up equipment nightly and the car would proubly be sidelined, seeing a team function two cars out of the same trailer isnt my idea of endless pocketbook, if TSR were helping in large fassion the acomidations would be different, I dont know the specifics, but a helping hand financhally may the the gentelmans thing TSR is doing. afterall, Tony is passionate about sprint racing. and that is good enuff for us!

What's the possibility of seeing Logan in the TSR #11 next year if he performs well this season?? Tony spent a lot of time in the 1s pits when he was in Posse land last year.

Another thing Stewart isn't giving them any money. He bought Logan some safty gear last year ie Suit and helmet. From what I hear Stewart donates safty gear to many teams thoughout the year. it's something he does to give back to the sport. This came from Logan himself. If that were the case they wouldn't have robbed Peter to pay paul in las Vegas.

You are correct. Tony has bought both the boys some uniforms and helmets. Which he has done for quite a few guys.

Personally I think Jacob will be fine once he gets to feeling 100% and more comfortable in the car. I have seen him race many times and towards the end of the year last year he was running fairly well around Williams Grove and Lincoln. Wish the best of luck to the Shark Racing team!

No jacob has said himself, tony is doing more than just racing suites, and safety equipment. Im not saying I dont want Jacob to make the show, cause I do. I just think they are putting all of the money in schuchart and sacraficing Jacobs career for Logan. Im okay with being an ass, if thats what voicing your opinion is anymore, then so be it.

your entitled to your opinion, and viewed from a outsider it is considerably lagit, but, Im just forming a assemment from a outsider looking in, the TSR cars are completly different calibur vs Jacobs, if the pockets were wide open the kid would have top notch equipment and resources to use it, again, im meerly speaking from the fence, Same with Logans, either way both cars are not the specific calibur as the 11 and the 15, just observation, Ironically, anybody remember Mcmahn in the 20 a few years ago, just a disaster of success, now he is completly a force to be recond with, that just shows the complexity of the corrrect people in the correct positions, some things just work.
