Southern Oklahoma Speedway Kicks off 2014 Season This Saturday Night!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma - March 11, 2014 - The 2014 season opener for the Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore, Oklahoma is set to kick off this coming Saturday night featuring USRA modifieds, limited modifieds, limited late models, stock car and hobby stocks.
This will be the first of twenty-three point nights on the schedule with the only weekly the track will be taking break will be over the Easter Holiday weekend on April 19th.
Many special events are planned this year including two visits from both the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) and Oil Capital Racing Series (OCRS) as well as one visit from the Smiley Sprint Series of Texas (SST). A two day Monster Truck event is also scheduled as well as the annual Jordan Page Winter Nationals and the second annual Scotty Bobby Memorial for stock cars and hobby stocks.

Gates this and every Saturday night will open at 5:00 PM with races slated for a 7:30 PM start time.
