Saw on Ibracn today that he is racing in the Brian Grove #45 car runnin with the All Stars. Holtgraver was in it last year but he is racing for another team. I forget who owns it but I think they might be runnin with the All Stars as well but I do not know for sure.

Tim SHAFFER is driving the #45 car for Brian Grove. The 45 car was was co-owned by Brian and Rob Hunter last year, they have split. Holtgraver will be in the #10 Rob Hunter car this year. SHAFFER will also be running the Hammons #6 in some 360 shows.
do it in the dirt

seen Bells car the other night, and honestly just connected the 83 with schaeffer, I was going to ask the same thing but thought maybe i missed something late last fall, I knew Bell was improving and proubly going to find a seat, im just not too familiar with what goes on with the Allstar rides. Kinda a crapshoot I thought Schaeffer was a fit in that car. what more can you ask for, pretty solid runs the past few years. IMO

I'd say Tim made an improvement by switching rides.

The original reports that were on Pennlive.com and ibracn were that the 83 team was low on funds and would probably park the ride for this year. I know that Tim was in the 55x car at Fremont and Williams Grove which are two tracks the 83car normally goes too when the all stars or outlaws go to them. Christopher Bell was signed later and I do not think the 83car will be running a schedule like they normally do with the All Stars. Last think i read they were picking and choosing their dates whenever Bell is not racing the midget.

Bell also brought a big money sponsor with him to the 83 car. They will run all big shows when he is not in the midget. End of last year, there were a lot of rumors that Shaffer and one of the owners of the 83 were no longer seeing eye to eye. That team slowly dwindled once Brian Kemenah left. Him and Shaffer were a great combo.

How did McMahon run in the 45 after a couple of good years at KKR and a good year this year in the 51? If they have someone working on the car Monday-Thursday everything will workout fine. Brian is a nice guy and only wants the best, I am just not sure he has the time to do what is best.
