For the STN, why is Paul McMahan not allowed to race (per WoO rules) but Sammy, Sides, Gravel, Kemenah can race?
I undestand the WoO rule of Platinum drivers not being allowed to race in events w/o a WoO date and Sammy & Sides are local so they get a free pass.... but why Gravel and Kemenah and not Paulie?

They never said the WoO won't let him race. On Winged Nation Scotty T. alluded to his TEAM not allowing him to race the STN for Donnie Cooper's team. Instead, you get Roger Crockett in the 01 car.
