Last show the qualifyers were exiting up the chute after their run. Did not notice if that rut that caused so much trouble during the WoO  formed. With 60 cars on Thursday and god knows how many cars on Sat. qualifying, I guess holding them on the infield like they have done was not too popular with the teams. Not "just saying", my opinion.

The inversion makes it the best racing one will ever see. If there's a down side it is that it makes other races not so exciting. But who's complaing? Will be at The Cotton Classic this w/e at Hanford, kind of an appetizer for thr T/C. I get a 3  day pit pass, not much more expensive than a reserved seat. Half the fun at Tulare is hanging out in the pits, dodging cars coming off the track, blowing smoke up the drivers and crews ass. Bring a camera, as asking for a pic gets them out of the hauler tuit suite. Drivers meeting. Best place for pics is the on ramp as they line up to qualify. Sit in the pit stands, last year Rico kept climbing on the railing in front of me. Would'nt dare complain to a driver of his stature, one of our top west coast drivers.

Lunch at The Black Bear, great fish and chips.

I like that hump in turn 1 and when the drivers figure it out its fun to watch. They either move up a half car so they are committed to the high side or they dive under and commit to the bottom. And if the stay put well that gets exciting also.

We need more sprint car racing at our home track.
