Pre-entries Now Accepted for Lawton Speedway Winter Nationals!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – September 11, 2013 - Driver registration forms are now being accepted for the 24th running of the Lawton Speedway Winter Nationals, slated to take place on Friday and Saturday night, October 11th-12th.and will put an end to yet another exciting race season at Lawton Speedway’s quarter mile clay oval.
A $30,000 purse await the tracks regular divisions of champ sprints, USA modifieds, USA limited modifieds, factory stocks and mini stocks highlighted by championship Saturday night $1000 to win shows for the modifieds and champ sprints.
It all kicks off on Friday night with weekly feature purses for all divisions with the top four in that night’s feature finale locked into Saturday night’s championship finale. Those top four will draw for the first two rows in that night’s “A” feature. Drivers not finishing in the top four of their respective divisions on Friday night will run a complete show of heats and “B” features on Saturday night to fill the balance of the championship features.
The following is a breakdown of Saturday night feature payout information for all divisions:
Champ sprint and USA Modifieds:
“A” Feature - 1) $1000, 2) $700, 3) $500, 4) $400, 5) $300, 6) $250, 7) $200, 8) $175, 9) $150, 10) $125, 11) $100
“B” Feature – 1-4) $20, 5) $100, 6) $70, 7) $60, 8) $50, 9) $40, 10) $30, 11-20) $25
USA Limited modifieds and factory stocks:
“A” Feature – 1) $400, 2) $300, 3) $200, 4) $150, 5) $100, 6) $70, 7) $70, 8) $60, 9) $50, 10-20) $40
“B Feature – 1-4) $10, 5) $50, 6) $40, 7) $35, 8) $30, 9) $25, 10-20) $20
Mini Stocks
“A” Feature: 1) 300, 2) $200, 3) $150, 4) $100, 5) $80, 6) $70, 8) $60, 8) $50, 9) $40, 10-20) $30
“B” Feature: 1-4) $10, 5) $50, 6) $35, 7) $30, 8) $25, 9) $20, 10-20) $15
Pre-entry fee is; $30 for USA modifieds and champ sprints and $25 for USA limited modifieds, factory stocks and mini stocks and entries must be received before October 3rd. Post entry fee for each division after October 3rd are as follows: USA modifieds and champ sprints $50, USA limited modfieds, factory stocks and mini stocks $40.
Pit passes for both Friday and Saturday night are $30.
