Kyle Larson will be making his long awaited return to Nothern California short track racing this weekend as he will be competing on Sunday September 1st at the Louie Vermeil Classic held at the beautiful Calistoga Speedway. He will be appearing in both divisions at the newly remodeled Napa County Fairgrounds facility, driving the Keith Kunz Motorsports midget and the Josh Ford Motorsports non-wing sprint car. Sprint Car legend Brad Doty will serve as the Grand Marshall and Louie Vermeil's son, former NFL Super Bowl winning coach Dick Vermeil, will also be on hand with a couple of his restored vintage sprint cars. Come out and enjoy the Labor Day weekend, with wine tasting, beer tasting, autograph sessions, vintage cars, etc. Also, don't forget the Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, 7 am to 11am at the Butler Pavilion.
