Don't call out a promoter all over the internet about not allowing a audio broadcast of HIS race and then charge people to read an article on your site.....

The first time I tried to read "The Wheatly Chronicles" or "Tuesdays Top 10" and got the restricted members only content message I thought it had to be an error....thought somebody has mis-coded a page on the site...sent an email to inform the site and got no reply....the next week, same thing. Then I knew it wasn't a mistake.....well, I still think it's a mistake, just an intentional mistake.

Not once did I call out Terry or say one bad word towards him! We just informed our listeners thru our press release that we weren't allowed to do the broadcast...that's all. I can't control what other people say or think when they found out and weren't happy about it.  Let it go...

I post this on another thread, it's about charging for our member section.

FYI..we are not the only website that charges for a membership. RacinBoys wasn't the first to do so...All the websites below started charging before RacinBoys.

The Lonnie Wheatley and Shawn Miller columns and the videos are the only things we charge for. Lonnie and Shawn are paid for their services. Kirk and I have nearly work for free the last 10 years to bring you everything on RacinBoys.com. If we didn't start charging for something soon we could have been looking at no RacinBoys in the future. I've spent my personal life savings to to keep RacinBoys up and running for the last 10 years, that money would have ran out eventually. I'm not rich, just a working man trying to make a small income doing what I love to do...covering motorsports and bringing it to the fans!

This is hilarious!  You were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO quick to paint Terry as a villain who prevented your from making revenue at his expense and now you want people to pay to read your stuff?   Only in America!  You have now placed yourself in the same category as the guy who comes on here every year selling his "sponsorship packages!"

In defense of racinboys, most of the time you would need to buy magazines or other subscriptions to read articles.

The manner in which you jumped on here and said you couldn't be broadcasting because of McCarl.

Now I'm not a fan of his but the way you did it was entirely wrong.

If you and your "associates" are truly attempting to operate a first-class business your only post on here SHOULD have been something similar to the following"

"Due to circumstances beyond our control we will not be able to broadcast tonight from Oskaloosa!"

Plain and simple...not that McCarl won't let you.  There has to be more to the story but it is of no concern to people on here.

Answering it your way most likely would have left a lot of questions from our listeners. I do respect your opinion. If Terry, you our anyone else felt I was painting Terry a villain then I'm sorry. I spoke to Terry briefly Saturday night, I reassured him I didn't mean anything by our press release. Remember, I said more then once I understand a promoter needs to do what he thinks is best for his event / business.

Screw all u sumbitches that are givin scott a hard time a out this. The man has been honest a out everything. Im assuming that you who are bashing him are tmac fans witch is prob making you bias on the subject. Racin boys i appreciate what you do for us people that cant make it to very many races. Some of us have other jobs than being trolls!!!  

I think that Racinboys have done a great job over the years.  People have got to realize that you can not operate a business if everything you offer is free.  Maybe some of the wording from Racinboys in the above mentioned post was a little misleading, but I think we have all been there.  We should let Racinboys and Terry work out their own problems.  I have listened to many races on their site and appreciate all that they have given to the racing community.  Lets don't make a mountain out of a mole hill.
