Based on the point standings after the summer nationals, it looks like each of the three nights were WOO 75 show-up points only. Is this normal?

as hard as it is to make the features up there......I imagine its what the guys that were 5th through 20 somethin in the points wanted. Were there any woo guys that didn't make any of the 3 features?

Yes, the showup points thing is normal for WoO sanctioned "special
events" where the promotor doesn't run the show per the WoO
format. King's Royal, Summer Nationals, Gold Cup, National Open, et al, only
pay the showup points.
And I don't think you have to make the A Main to get them.
