Pittman, Dollansky, Saldana, Darrah, Gravel, Sweet, and Haud are not registered yet. I am assuming most will be placed on Thursday. With that said, Wednesday is still going to have a tougher field of cars than Thursday. JMO

I was thinking the samething.
With Schatz on Wednesday and Brown on Thursday. I think you have to give both of them the wins. I hope so for Brown anyway.

Although it is getting to where he does not have to prove himself anymore, If Kyle Larson can get himself transfered into the A on Wednesday with that Class of cars in only his 2nd Nationals. Would be pretty damn impressive! Not that he has failed to deliver yet. Looking forward to Nationals.

Per the Entry form, drivers can choose which night they want to qualify and the track will do what it can to accomodate them (late entries don't get a choice if I remember correctly, they get assigned).
In the past, everyone always wanted Thursday (track got wider and easier to pass). Looks like this year everyone is wanting Wednesday in case they aren't in the top 16 and locked in on Saturday (gives them a day off to recuperate instead of 3 straight nights of racing).
For teh teams traveling from PA or CA, my guess is that they want Wednesday so they can head back home if they have a bad night or destroy a car.
