Can anyone tell me of a good gym in Knoxville to work out at during nationals? Preferably somewhere i can get in around 6 am. A name or phone number would be greatly appreciatted. Thanks to all that reply.(unless you say something stupid)

Its excellent & reasonably priced. Thanks to a post on this board, I went swimming there & got some much needed exercise beside climbing bleachers last year.

I also believe there is any AnyTime Fitness in the downtown area, that should offer a relatively cheap guest pass rate. If your a member at a local gym in your, check with the gym in Knoxville as sometimes local gyms join a program called IHRSA, that gets you an even cheaper guest rate at out of town gyms when you travel.

I work on my 12 oz curls all day. Typically, I do this workout in my chair with good friends in the north campground. If I'm feeling ambitious, I'll up my routine to 16 oz weights.

If you are into Crossfit, I know of a couple private Crossfit gyms. Tires, boxes, ropes, etc. Let me know.
