Southern Oklahoma Speedway host USMTS This Saturday Night!

FOR IMMEDIATE REELASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – June 26, 2013 - The United States Modified Touring Series will make their final 2013 appearance of the season this coming Saturday night at Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore, Oklahoma. This will also end a string of eight races in nine days for the tour that has seen them compete in three different states.

When the tour competed at the track back in mid-April it was New Mexico's Johnny Scott taking the 40 lap feature with a stout field of 42 drivers from seven states and Canada filling the pit area. The speedway is expecting more of the car count with close to fifty not out of the possibility.

Among the drivers expected include: Stormy Scott, Rodney Sanders, Kelly Shryock, Jason Hughes, Ryan Gustin, Chris Brown, Thomas Tillison, Jr., Zach Vanderbeek, Steve Whiteaker, Jr., Derek Ramirez, Clyde Dunn, Jr., Colby Smith, Bryan Rowland, Trevor Hunt and Rick Beebe.

Also competing will be the tracks weekly divisions consisting of limited modifieds and hobby stocks.

Gates open at 5:00 PM with racing action slated for a 7:30 PM start time.

Pit passes are $30 while adult grandstand admission for adult ages 13 and up are $20; senior citizens and kids ages 6-12 are $15.
