Just watched a video of Jason Johnson taking out Bell in Creek county on Thursday. I can understand why Johnson did what he did, he's tired of 18 year old Chris Bell beating him every time they go up against each other. And Bell is driving for a different team almost every time they meet. Must be tough getting your thunder stolen away like that.

Thanks for the video. Looked like a racin deal to me.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Eyes in the back of his head? What video are you watching? Jason is behind Chris and turns sharp right and gives him a right front tire. Perhaps you lost track of which car was which? That was obviously on purpose.

Johnson is a flog, looks like one of his usual moves, he isnt very well liked over here in oz anymore after his constantly cutting the infield & always running into other drivers.

Usually, the guy giving a right front to a left rear doesn't end up well for the guy with the right front. I dont see a sharp right into bell either.

I agree with your first comment, pretty stupid thing to do, but he obviously drove up into Bell on purpose. Maybe, just maybe he was just trying to get in line behind him and misjudged it. But based on Bell sliding him hard twice and bumping rear tires with him, my guess is Johnson was frustrated and did it on purpose.

There are enough people getting hurt and killed in racing as it is... But to deliberately do what he did is pathetic!!! Jason Johnson may be fast and he's done well, don't change the fact he's a POS...

Friends with Bell and friends with Jason. No one intentionally feeds anyone a right front to anything. Thats a prescription for disaster. Both are very talented racers. I am guessing as a previous poster said. Prob a racing thing. Looks like Jason just mis-judged exactly where his front was. Unfortunate as it was a great battle.

That's the third time Jason has taken Bell out. First time short track nationals, second time the asca race in AZ last year on xsan. Now this one. He can't beat him so I guess he'll wreak him , what a shame, used to like him until i saw him at Lonestar Nationals, I think he wreaked 3 cars in one race.

Im friends with Bell & JJ & they both told me it was a racing deal. JJ misjudged where he was. Haters are gonna hate so keep talking shit. If yall would actually talk to these drivers that "cant" drive & get both sides of the story then there would be no stupid post on here like this!!!

Well of course JJ is going to say "it's a racing deal" it's his repeated "racing deals" that cause people to vent about him being an idiot. Everybody has their own opinion , that's the beauty of being in America..., our freedom of speech...

That was about as blatant and unprofessional of a move as I have seen in a long time. Shame on Jason Johnson. Kasey Kahne tweeted a few weeks ago about JJ's talent and I didn't know what to think of it as I haven't seen him race enough, but I now agree with him. BTW, that place looks like a scrappy little joint!

He knew exactly where his right front was. I wouldn't worry about JJ too much though. If he moves up to WoO next year he won't last long driving like that. If he's in a Ford, he'll be getting ran over not running people over.

Use to be a fan of Jason, but he has changed a lot with his driving skills. After the move when he knocked Christopher Bell out of the Dash last year at the Short Track Nationals, total bs move on Jason's part last year and same way with this move. I'm ready for Jason to move onto the World of Outlaws......

Some of my friends are saying Jason is the new Sammy. So he can't be "Slammin' Sammy" - so maybe "Joltin' Jason"?

I've watched Jason a long time ---- great driver & a really neat guy and great family, but I think sometimes he gets out of control. After he "eased" Tony Bruce, Jr. off of the track at the Devil's Bowl a few years back - in victory lane Jason said "I've got to do what I have to do to win.".

I don't remember, but as one of my friends said.... at the Short Track Nationals last year... after Jason took Bell out in the Dash (determining the line-up for the $20,000 to win A feature - I think it was) that Bell returned the favor in the A feature. Looks like bad blood there. What a shame. Both are extremely talented drivers.

I worry about this kind of feud. Let's hope they grow up.

Didn't Jason start the year off with the World of Outlaws?

How old is Jason Johnson? 30 or 35? And Bell 18? This a perfect example of bullying and trying to intimadate from a guy almost twice as old. Your statement is correct..Johnson needs to grow up. He is loosing so much respect that in the long run it will really hurt him. There are enough accidents in this dangerous sport that we don't this type of childish bully on a racetrack. What kind of example is this for him to set. Win at any cost even it means hurting others. That type of thing can hurt not only his target but other drivers might be involved as well. It jeopardizes every ones safety not just his target. He will probably end up staying right where he is..a360 driver on local tracks. At some point integrity has to be there. It is thrilling to watch a good clean battle and pretty cowardly to remove that competition to try and win. If memory serves me right, did not young Bell beat him at STN?
