Now was that so hard? Not bad for a first grader, I mean first time results "taker".

Unofficial and incomplete as of posting....

Andy Hunt, Hunt 9A; 14. David O’Neal (R), Schroff 9S; 15. Doc Probst, Probst 10; 16. Donny Goeden, Walldan 11; 17. John Haeni, King 21J; 18. Russell Borland (R), Borland 23; 19. Jason Johnson, Johnson 44; 20. Bill Wirth, Davis 53W; 21. Dave Uttech, Uttech 68; 22. Ty Bartz, Snapper 75; 23. Wayne Modjeski, MMZ 77; 24. Mike Kertscher, Hartnell 80K; 25. Tommy Sexton, Dworek 83D; 26. Steve Meyer, Meyer 85M; 27. Billy Warren, Warren 95; 28. Joe Symoens, Symoens 96; 29. Todd King, King 97.

Bill Wirth is driving the 360 powered Kurt Davis owned 6K, to be scored as 53W. Wirth is suffering from issues with his own car from last week.

Doc Probst making his IRA season competition debut.

Ty Bartz is back from “vacation”. Sporting a cool looking silver, with the traditional Bartz purple and yellow accent.

MPD Race Products Heat (10 Laps)
1. Andy Hunt [1]; 2. David O’Neal [2]; 3. Brian Kristan [4]; 4. Scotty Neitzel [7]; 5. Donny Goeden [3]; 6. Kurt Davis [8]; 7. Scott Biertzer [9]; 8. Wayne Modjeski [10]; 9. Russell Borland [6]; 10. Doc Probst [5].

Hunt leads out of the top of turn 2 and the distance. Lap-3: Goeden and O’Neal swapped 3rd early in this one as with each passing lap, Kristan and Neitzel took positions from Goeden as they used the higher line out of turn 2. Probst was lapped about a lap before the checkers.

Weld Wheels Heat
1. Scotty Young [1]; 2. John Haeni [4]; 3. Todd King [2]; 4. Kim Mock [9]; 5. Tommy Sexton [7]; 6. Joe Symoens [5]; 7. Patrick Haynes [3]; 8. Tim VanDerVere [8]; 9. Ty Bartz [6]. DNS-Bill Wirth.

Wirth was out for hot lap session earlier, but was now calling it a night. Young lead Haeni out of turn 2 and ran and hid. By Lap-5, single file as Mock takes advantage of Haynes getting way wide and washing out of turns 1-2. Bartz and Haynes stayed clear of each other without incident.

VMAC Racing Heat
1. Billy Warren [2]; 2. Steve Meyer [4]; 3. Travis Whitney [6]; 4. Mike Kertscher [7]; 5. Jason Johnson [1]; 6. Scott Uttech [8]; 7. Mike Reinke [9]; 8. Dave Uttech [3]; 9. Billy Hafemann [5].

Stacked heat! Top-3 in IRA points, (Reinke-Whitney-Meyer). Top Rookie (Hafemann) add from Top-10 in points like Warren and S. Uttech and then the always threatening Kertscher. Wow. Initial start was waved off. Warren takes the high line out of turn 2 over Meyer and Whitney and the distance. By Lap-4: Kertscher takes 4th out of turn 2 and closes ever so slightly on Whitney by the time checkers fall.

Behling B Feature (15 Laps) Top-6 Transfer.
1. Scott Biertzer [2]; 2. Mike Reinke [4]; 3. Scott Uttech [1]; 4. Joe Symoens [3]; 5. Wayne Modjeski [5]; 6. Tim VanDerVere [7]; 7. Dave Uttech [8]; 8. Ty Bartz [10]; 9. Russell Borland [9]; 10. Billy Hafemann [11]; 11. Doc Probst [12]. DNF-Patrick Haynes [6].

Modjeski must have needed a safety check as he was not sent to the tail for getting a 2nd push-off after stopping to confer with Pres. Sinclair. Haynes ducks pit side during the line-up. Uttech leads the field for 3 corners as Biertzer would take the lead as they crossed the line to complete the lap. Borland having some early issues as he is slowed and eventually stops above the cushion turns 3-4. Biertzer would lead S. Uttech, Reinke, Symoens and Modjeski on the restart with Reinke taking 2nd out of turn 4. Lap-11: Traffic, Biertzer would near miss as Borland and Hafemann are almost crossed up on the low line of turns 1-2 which allowed Reinke to close slightly on Biertzer’s dominating run.

Duel at the Dam II A Feature (30 Laps)
1. Scotty Young [2] $2,000; 2. Travis Whitney [8]; 3. John Haeni [1]; 4. Brian Kristan [6]; 5. Mike Kertscher [11]; 6. Billy Warren [4]; 7. Scott Neitzel [5]; 8. Steve Meyer [10]; 9. Mike Reinke [18]; 10. Todd King [12]….
Incomplete and unofficial
David O’Neal [7]; Kim Mock [9]; Tommy Sexton [13]; Jason Johnson [16]; Scott Biertzer [17]; Scott Uttech [19]; Joe Symoens [20]; Wayne Modjeski [21]; Tim VanDerVere [22]; DNF-Andy Hunt [3]; DNF-Donny Goeden [14];
DNF-Kurt Davis [15].
Alternate: Dave Uttech.
Lap leader: Scotty Young 1-30.

Start: Young powers out of turn 2 on the high line over Haeni, Kristan and Warren and simply dominated this one. By Lap-5: Young hits slower traffic and the yellow is out after Hunt has some issue high in turns 1-2 and eventually 1/2 spins to a stop in turns 3-4. He ducks into the work area, but would not return. Running order: Young, Haeni, Warren, Kristan, Whitney, Kertscher, Neitzel, Goeden, O’Neal and Meyer as the Top-10. On the restart, Warren and Haeni swapped 2nd around the lap. Lap-10: Young is having his way with this race, running high and just cruising away. Lap-13: Whitney has now moved into a podium position as Kertscher and Kristan swap positions. Lap-15: ½ Way and Young is in his own race with Whitney, Kristan, Haeni, Kertscher, Goeden, Warren and Meyer following far behind. Lap-19: Davis ducks into the infield. Lap-20: Yellow is out after Sexton spins to a stop in the middle of turns 1-2. S. Uttech and VanDerVere dive into the work area with issues. All area able to restart. Biertzer would gain Lucky Pass and tag the tail. Running order: Young, Whitney (Johnson) Kristan (Symoens), Haeni, Kertscher, (Modjeski) Goeden, Warren, Meyer, Reinke, Neitzel in the Top-10. Within a lap of the restart, the Top-4 have cleared slower traffic and start to work on each other. Lap-22: Yellow is out after Goeden slows to a stop on the bottom of turn 3 and gets hauled to the work area. Unwelcome gift for B-Day boy, car owner Bob Walldan. Symoens would be granted that Lucky Pass on this restart which clears the Top-5 now of lapped traffic. Haeni takes 3rd around Lap-25 as Kertscher dives way deep into turn 3 on the last lap from Kristan only to have Kristan retake 4th out of turn 4.

Scott Young wins his 1st IRA Feature in over a year and was thankful to his crew guys for setting up a car that was simply easy to drive and run it with no issue tonight.

IRA Officials double and triple check that front wing on the Whitney 9 in post race inspection. Ensuring the center foil front edge must remain at least 1 inch behind the front edge of the front bumper.

Second straight podium for Haeni, Nice Job!

I am curious if anybody else looked at the 5 car of Chad Blonde at Wilmot IRA race & noticed the black box mounted to the firewall behind the steering box on left side of car? IRA officials claimed it was a crank trigger device,I am not sure myself so I am looking for a second opinion I have never seen this on other cars with crank trigger systems.

I am sure IRA officials have no idea what a crank trigger is or even where it is located. Probably the most amatuer group of officials in the nation.
