We are raising money for a special wheelchair for injured driver Brian Steinman. Please take a minute to read this letter from The Racer's Pastor here in Western PA,, Bill Beck. If you can help us out please accept our thanks in advance,
Many of you may or may not be aware of the injury Brian suffered last July at Lernerville Speedway that left him paralyzed from the chest down and as as a result confined to a wheelchair. This has limited his ability to move around outside and his wfe Bri is not very large, so it is difficult for her to help Brian out.
We have been in contact with the Steve King Foundation based out of Kansas that has as their focus helping racing folks in need after accidents and injuries they have provided half of the funds to purchase this wheelchair it is equiped with Dozer tracks and will travel in any type of rough terrain and thus give Brian the needed ability to move around by himself.
I am asking on his behalf that you consider making a donation to help Brian out. We will be presenting this chair to him on May 11th and we still need about $4000. I am sure as a race fan and regardless of your favorite class you will give to this cause the need as of now is very attainable please help Brian get back on track.
