During the second hot lap session a car went off the tires at the pit exit, Turn 1....The car landed well inside the pits almost at the weigh in station... It also hit a mule taking the entire cage off...I wont speclate as to any injuries but the word at the track was not good

FUCK YOU Sacramento Bee and your piece of shit newspaper; requesting anyone with photos of the scene to email them. SHOW SOME FUCKING RESPECT! Another shit rag newspaper that never has any interest in sprint car racing unless there is a tragedy. SCUM OF THE EARTH.

Chase is such a nice kid. He is the 2012 Petaluma 360 champ. I pray for all people effected in this horrible tragedy.

our prayers go out to the families and to Chase and his family and crew. we were involved in motor sports promotion for many years and I can tell you we the bee has no interest unless there is a fatality. They could have written a 1/2 page about Kyle Larson's charge to the front and made lots of friends! Back in the day the bee used to cover West Cap but I do not think they even have a motor sports writer in Sac, Modesto, or Fresno. We have never had one pick up press credentials for our events

Boycott Steven Blakesley. He has no business being a media reporter. Open mouth (twitter) insert Big Foot. You don't send out information over the internet especially when you don't know what you are talking about. THINK before you do anything. THINK THINK

With all the sadness I feel tonight after what I witnessed I have a very heavy heart. But in the sadness is extreme disgust towards anyone with a cell phone or computer tonight that posted shit before most of these families even knew what had happened. And don't tell me to watch my language when I say FUCK everyone and anyone that doesn't take into consideration that people should hear a family member or friend when tragedy strikes and not on the internet when they are looking for race results on facebook or twitter. Its called respect and flat out human decency. This is the fourth horrible tragedy the California racing community has suffered in under a year and 2 of them were best friends of mine and I watched the same bullshit happen. I read post stating one of them was dead 3 hours before he was pronounced dead while I stood with his family. People need to realize that social media is a place to get information but use it wisely because in a situation like this you could be hurting people far more than your simple mind can comprehend. Not to mention they released a name tonight as being killed at the scene and he was not one of them. So to whoever did that just think of what you did to their family who wasn't there because your dumb ass didn't even know the truth and decided it was your job to post it on the internet. It must be really easy to speculate the truth when you're not at the scene and are too stupid to take a minute to get facts. Sorry for the rant but I can't take too much more of this shit without having a breakdown and stupid ass people need to keep their fucking mouth shut and have some tact. I pray that all family and friends that were affected by this incident found out the right way and I am deeply sorry for their losses tonight.
P.S. To the people that were quick to post things tonight without fact and to anyone that wants video or photos from this incident I'm reminded of a movie quote and here it is from me to you: NEVER GO FULL RETARD!!!!!!!

I'd like to apologize for repeating the story I heard in print here last night. When I posted it, I thought that qualifying it as "hearsay only" would justify it, but in hindsight, I should have piped down.

Man I tell you.......I haven't been to a race since we lost Tyler Wolf and I gotta say my appetite gets less just about every week. WTH? The thoughts of our family goes out to all who were impacted by this incident. Rest in peace Dale and Marcus. I didn't know Marcus but I knew Dale and the Wondergem family so going to this message board right now was definitely not the news I was looking for. What a mess.

BINGO! The guy is notorious for reporting things before he has the facts. Always has been! He's just one of those people that always wants to be 'the guy that said it first'... I thought it was very disrespectful and lacked profesionalism when I saw he had posted on his Twitter so quickly! Guy is a hack!

The voice of Ocean Speedway. While I don't think what he did was intentionally malicious, you have to be filtered during those moments where everyone is looking for answers. I know more than a few people were as disgusted as the people here Saturday night.
