Are the World of Outlaws still doing double file restarts? I was reading on their site that Chad Kemenah went below the cone on the restart, meaning they were single file. I know they go to single file after a caution after a restart but I was not sure if that was the case. Maybe I missed something. Thanks for any info.

That was exactly what happend. It was a caution as the result of contact after a double file restart so they go single file.
