Dave Heskin passed away last night 7-7-07 at his home in Monticello Mn. Dave was a long time sprint car driver .. Dave has been fighting lung cancer for 2 yrs. His passion for sprint car racing was a big part of his life . He will be missed by many people but not forgoten. I was proud to have him as my freind...Rest in peace Dave...

I'm sorry to hear that. I have met Dave before at Arlington and seen him at a few other races. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Heskin family.

I had the pleasure of compeating against Dave, He did trully have a passion for sprint cars. My families prayers go to Daves family and past crew.

our prayers go out to daves family,i remember at our very first arlington raceway banquet at the garden inn in mankato there wasnt much room ,but dave invited me and my wife to sit with him and talked all night like he knew me my whole life he will be missed Bill Keech

Sad news indeed. The Heskin boys have been steadily improving at Knoxville Raceway and I'm sure Dave was proud! Now he has the best seat in the house...RIP Dave Heskin.

I only knew dave for a short time, but what i do know was he was always happy at the races, he was a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy he will be missed, my deepest condolences to his family
