to get the race results that you want on the same night. IRA results can be found about 24 hours after the fact.

Whitney busts a rare spinner off the banking above turns 1-2 on his qualification warm-up. 1-Lap per rules.

Weld Wheels Heat Race (10 Laps) Top-4 transfer directly to the A Feature.
1. Kurt Davis [1]; 2. Tommy Sexton [4]; 3. Dave Moulis [7]; 4. John Haeni [5]; 5. Scott Young [6]; 6. Joe Symoens [3]; 7. Wayne Modjeski [8]; 8. Kris Spitz [2]; 9. Kirk Fehrman [11];10. Rusty Egan [10]. DNF-Tim VanDerVere [9].

Davis led from out of turn 2 and the distance. Lap-3: Symoens slides high through turns 3-4 falls from 2nd to 4th. Lap-4: Yellow after Egan 180s to a stop in turn 4. Restart: Davis well in command as Moulis threatens to take 2nd out of turn 4 as Symoens falls another couple of spots. Lap-6: VanDerVere ducks pit side off turn 3.

MPD Race Products Heat
1. Brian Kristan [2]; 2. Chad Blonde [6]; 3. Scott Biertzer [8]; 4. Jason Johnson [3]; 5. Scott Semmelman [1]; 6. Mike Reinke [4]; 7. Mike Kertscher [5]; 8. Jeremy Schroeder [9]; 9. Russell Borland [11]; DNF-Darrell Dodd [7]; DNF-Jim Lukey [10].

Start: Dodd catches a wheel and bounced off the front stretch wall and tumbles to a stop on all fours. He climbs out and begins the long walk back to the pit. Or so it appeared, as cars are being pushed off-Dodd has made his way through the infield and was nearing the backstretch where Biertzer was being pushed. By the time Dodd arrived to literally “rattle the cage” , Biertzer was pushing then stopped to discuss carpet swatches with Dodd. The ambulance and several officials swarm the scene and order is soon restored. Dodd was done for the night. Lukey pulls pit side soon after push-off. By the 3rd lap, Blonde is up to 2nd as Reinke and Kertscher are still outside of the transfers. Lap-7: Biertzer has moved around several and is up to 3rd the next time around.

Lane Automotive Heat Race
1. Travis Whitney [5]; 2. Kurt Winker [3]; 3. Rick Kelsey [1]; 4. Mike Dubs [2]; 5. Kim Mock [6]; 6. Ryan Irwin [8]; 7. Kevin Eltz [10]; DNF-Scott Uttech [7]; DNF-Patrick Haynes [4]; DNF-Todd Lehr [9].

Kelsey lead very early until Whitney powers out of turn 4 for the spot. Haynes is pit side soon after the first lap is booked. Lehr followed. Lap-5: Uttech and Winker trade 4th a few times until the yellow is out after Mock and Dubs touch sending Mock into a 360 spins out of turn 4. First restart slowed after Eltz spun and stalled out turn 3. Second restart was called back after Kelsey, Winker and Uttech nearly touch but sends Uttech into a spin and stall top of turn 3. Restart: Dubs will now hold the transfer spot as Irwin looks in. Whitney was gone from Winker and Kelsey as Dubs held off charges from Irwin and a very late charge from Mock.

Weld Wheels Heat Race
1. Billy Warren [2]; 2. Donny Goeden [3]; 3. Steve Meyer [5]; 4. Dave Uttech [1]; 5. Scott Neitzel [6]; 6. David O’Neal [7]; 7. Billy Hafemann [4]; 8. Johnny Fahl [10]; 9. Adam Schroeder [9]; DNF-Bill Wirth [8].

Stacked heat as Warren led the distance. By Lap-4, single-file and Top-4 was pretty safe as Neitzel was making attempts to take Uttech, but short every time. Lap-7: Wirth slows on the backstretch and ducks into the work area, but was done shortly thereafter. Uttech was able to hold Neitzel at the checkers for the spot.

First Behling B Feature (12 Laps) Top-3 will transfer.
1. Scott Neitzel [2]; 2. Mike Reinke [3]; 3. Scott Young [1]; 4. Kris Spitz [5]; 5. Billy Hafemann [4]; 6. Scott Uttech [6]; 7. Wayne Modjeski [7]; 8. Russel Borland [13]; 9. Jeremy Schroeder [9]; 10. Johnny Fahl [12]; 11. Adam Schroeder [10]; DNF-Jim Lukey [11]; DNF-Bill Wirth [8].

Wirth needed a 2nd push, but still did not fire. He would end an already frustrating night. Neitzel leads out of turn 2 over Young, Reinke, Hafemann and Spitz. Lukey is pit side after Lap-1. Lap-4: Top-3 are gone from the field. Hafemann, Uttech and Modjeski had a decent battle for 5th for several laps with each taking turns passing each other. Lap-7: Reinke takes 2nd from Young as Neitzel is into slower traffic about a lap later. Last-5, little changed.

Second Behling B Feature
1. Mike Kertscher [2]; 2. Scott Semmelman [5]; 3. Tim VanDerVere [8]; 4. Kim Mock [1]; 5. Ryan Irwin [7]; 6. Todd Lehr [9]; 7. David O’Neal [6]; 8. Kirk Fehrman [12]; 9. Rusty Egan [10]; 10. Dave Eltz [11]; DNF-Joe Symoens [4]; DNS-Patrick Haynes [3].

Haynes would not take fire. Giving up 3rd had to hurt. Kertscher lead the distance using an extremely high line. Lap-2: Symoens was contending for a transfer spot when smacks the front stretch wall and loses a ton of ground. Lap-3: Yellow is out after Egan spins to a stall turns between 1-2. Kertscher would lead Mock then Semmelman, VanDerVere and Lehr on the restart. VanDerVere takes 3rd out of turn 4 as Mock has some kind of issue and falls to 4th. Lap-7: Semmelman would retake 2nd entering turn 3. Lap-10: Yellow is out for Eltz spinning in turn 3 as Symoens busts a safety slide to avoid. Symoens took the push off to head to the pit. Green-White-Checker was all Kertscher as Mock used every inch of the turn 4 to grab that transfer.

Unofficial and incomplete Feature finish.

Chad Blonde wins his 1st career IRA A Feature.

King Of Wisconsin A Feature (30 Laps)
1. Chad Blonde [6] $2,000; 2. Donny Goeden [10]; 3. John Haeni [5]; 4. Kurt Davis [7]; 5. Kurt Winker [1];
6. Scotty Neitzel [13]; 7. Steve Meyer [4]; 8. Jason Johnson [2]; 9. Brian Kristan [9]; 10 . Mike Reinke [15]; 11. Billy Warren [8]; 12. Scott Biertzer [21]; 13. Scott Young [12]; 14. Scott Semmelman [17]; 15. Mike Kertscher [14]; 16. Rick Kelsey [18]; 17. Tim VanDerVere [22]; 18. Dave Uttech [19]; 19. Mike Dubs [16]; 20. Travis Whitney [11]; DNF-Tommy Sexton [3]; DNF-Dave Moulis [20].
Alternate: Kim Mock.
Lap leaders: John Haeni 1-10 Chad Blonde 11-30.

Start: Winker bobbles on the low line of turns 1-2 and nearly tangles with others in the field.. Johnson was caught and slowed. Haeni would take the lead over Meyer, Blonde and Winker at the end of Lap-1. With no rookies in the field, this should have some stretches of green flag racing. By Lap-5: Haeni led Meyer, Winker, Blonde, Sexton, Johnson, Sexton, Davis, Goeden, Young, Warren…Lap-10: Yellow flag is out after Moulis ducks onto the access to pit road off turns 3-4, but stalls out as Sexton takes it for a slide off the turn 4 banking,. For the restart: Haeni, leads Meyer, Blonde, Winker, Johnson, Goeden, Davis, Warren, Kristan and Neitzel in the Top-10. Whitney is mired in the back with Kertscher behind him a car or two. Restart: Blonde into 2nd out of turn 2 and powers into turn 3 for the lead. Lap-12: Winker takes 3rd. Goeden is well into the Top-5. Lap-21: Traffic, Blonde is well ahead as Goeden is a man on a mission and has blasted into 2nd on the front stretch. Lap-26: Blonde is lapping at will mostly on the high line, Whitney looks to have an issue with the front wing askew. Lap-30: Blonde looks like he lapped near the Top-10.

Blonde was humble in Victory Lane as he expressed his appreciation for being taken in by the Ira when he runs with us and gives our series respect by running with us when he has a chance. Looks forward to maybe hitting another show or two by season’s end.

Goeden is the King of Wisconsin for 2007, received the Crown and Robe with sincere happiness. Climbed the fence in Castroneves style with his Crown and ever the gentleman, expressed his thanks to Bob Walldan and sponsors for making this a great year.

Haeni making another trip to the Wilmot podium is looking to get just a few more spots and shake the winless jinx, but would more than take the 3rd than a wreck or some issue.

No where near a Bill W, and I have never said I could be, but I took his lead and his format for race results and use that as a guide as it is the best and easiest way to explain what happened. Hell, some of the stuff in there is probably dead wrong, I simply call something the way I saw it.

Stems from my frustration of getting decent IRA results in a timely manner and nobody stepping up from the stands to bust some thing out. Seems as though one would rather complain than take the time to actually go to a race and take a few notes. If that is you doing that on Symoens site, he is just gonna ban you, and arguing with him is a uselss effort.

Thanks to the Ryan Irwin Racing team for their continued support of fan access. Thanks to Todd over at the Hartnell team for all the updates as well. Both you teams had an "off" night and looking forward to bounce back Saturday at PowerCom.

did you say timely????    anyway you're results and description of how you saw things  are kind of like watching taped delayed programs of World of Outlaw races on Speedvision.   everyone already knows what happened.

why don't you tell the details of how Kertcher was stealing and selling Mock's parts??????

if you already know what happened why didn't you say that in the first place. would have saved a lot of time. by the way, if you have details you want to get out about something you seem to know how to type. so spill the beans, we are all waiting.

Strange - You going to pay him to put it out quicker?  Seems to me the guy is providing a service no one else is willing to do (for free) yet you complain about it.  When you say you already know what happened by the time you read his report why do you read it?  Better yet why not write one yourself?

I don't know this series that well but it sounds like they don't have a paid rep doing their PR.  Some series do and you get the results sooner.  24 hours does not seem unreasonable to me for a complete recap.  And, not everyone knows what has happened by then.  Being from WI originally I like to read about races going one there.

Stealing?  I would be carefull about public accusations of illegal activities regardless of whether you beleive them to be true or not.

So help me understand, the results you wanted were available sooner than Micheal was able to get them out, so your pissed at him because.......?

Are you paying his salary? Did he leave you out of his report? Do you just not like him? I am just not understanding what the problem is.

If the Mock's want to tell me (for what reason I don't know) I am sure they will contact me. Otherwise, none of my business. Definitely not the business of a public board. All I said was, be carefull about publicly accusing someone of illegal activity. If there has not been an arrest, trial and guilty verdict you are opening yourself up to a whole new can of worms.

We do the best with what we have. I certainly appreciate the effort and enjoy Michael 98's recaps and truly hope he keeps it up. I do my best to get something out the next morning, but sometimes schedules don't permit. Paul Pittman was our guy for years and did an outstanding job for us, though at this point Paul has moved on to other endeavors and we are doing what we can. Obviously we are not getting them as fast as we should or as fast as we have in the past, but we're not the worst either. Again, Michael 98 I sincerely appreciate what you do. Actually contact me via e-mail at your convenience.

Steve

If I want race results more quickly than the kind strangers on the internet can get them to me, I go to the race myself. I can't even comprehend the rudeness of complaining about a delay in a volunteer's report.

But that's just me.

to get the race results that you want on the same night. IRA results can be found about 24 hours after the fact.

Just because you've got Internet access, doesn't mean anyone needs to post the race results.

You're not ENTITLED to DIDDLEY SQUAT!!!
