16th Annual Tulsa Racers/High Performance Trade Show and Auction Info!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – January 1, 2013 - The 16th annual Tulsa Racers/High Performance Trade Show and Auction is less than two weeks away and there are still vendor space and auction lots available for the January 10-13, 2013 4 Speed Promotions event that will be held inside the Expo Square Exchange Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
From dirt track to asphalt; open wheel to full-body race cars; dragsters to street performance; this event has a history of a large customer base and consignment sellout so don't be left out in your race shop or business. Get to where the racers are.
There will also be a "promoter's row" for all track promoters to set up their booth and have available their 2013 driver registrations, schedules and track rules.
Set up and consignment dates for the trade show and auction will be on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm. Actual show day will be on Saturday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. This event is held right across from the Tulsa Expo Center where the annual Chili Bowl Midget Nationals will also be taken place.
Two seminars will also take place during this show.
On Friday, January 11th Wayne Johnson will be hosting the "Ultimate Sprint Car Setup Clinic" and will cover everything pertaining to tire selection; how tires, torsion bars and shocks actually work; tire selection, preparation and grooving patterns; car preparation. Also on hand will be Mike Long of Eagle Motorsports as well as a representative from Super Shox. Show hours are from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm. Cost is $225 or get the crew special (driver and crew member) for $400.
Then on Saturday, January 12th modified drivers John Allen and Howard Willis will be hosting the "Ultimate Outlaw Modified/IMCA modified/B-Mod/Sport Mod Q&A Round Table" and driver Rex Merritt talking Bilstein Shocks. This will be an awesome Q&A class held in a roundtable format. Here you will be able to learn all you want and then some hosted by what many claim as a couple of the best in the business of open wheel modified racing.
The cost is $99 per person or $175 for driver and crew member and the hours will be 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
