Here is the link to this week's Winged Nation, we sat down and spent an hour with Brian Carter of the World Racing Group:
http://www.motorracingnetwork.com/Media-Center/MRN-Show-Archives/Winged-Nation.aspx
He talked about a wide range of topics: tires, Pennsylvania, Tony Stewart, 2013, television, and a whole lot more.
Check it out and let us know what you think?

A good interview and very interesting information. He puts a good perspective on where the WoO are coming from on several different issues.

I agree good interview. I think the TV deal they have now serves its purpose. It's just too expensive to produce TV anymore, especially live. When the series can get 500-1,000 people paying to watch it on-line most nights with less resources I think that is the way to go. He kind of dodged some of the tire questions with how the deal went down with American Racer but the way he handled it was best. Good to hear they are thinking of tweaking the restarts. I think the Delaware double file start is the most fair thing and hope they try that in 2013.
