Paul Vines is the new general manager of Elk City Speedway in Elk City, Oklahoma. The Bonner's still own the track, Paul will be the man in charge.
The NCRA modifieds and NCRA southern sport mods will be back on the schedule for 2013 with dates TBA.
Elk City Speedway website (www.elkcitydirttrack.com) has been updated with the 2013 Schedule and Rules. Banquet is in the works for around January 26th, have not received confirmation on location back yet. Will get more details out very soon.
2013 car Registration is open.
