Over the weekend the most exciting race of the year, Trophy Cup saw over 120 cars with roughly 50 cars utilizing various LRB Race Products. Thursday saw the non wing guys in action as Ryan Bernal set quick time, finished 2nd in both main events and took home the overall points championship. Kyle Hirst continued to show his diversity driving the Roth Motorsports #83jr into a 3rd and 4th place finish in the main events and taking home 3rd in points. Friday 85 winged cars signed in with Paul Mcmahan setting quick time in the Scott Russell owned #14r. Rico Abreu put on a strong performance to take the A main victory behind the Abreu Racing #89, Shane Stewart runs 2nd in the Paul Silva owned #57, Kyle Hirst takes the Roth Motorsports home in 4th, Daryn Pittman comes in 5th in the famous Rod Tiner owned #83. Saturday was up against the wall and was a thriller with Kyle Hirst coming from the 17th starting position to take the victory and finishes 3rd in the overall points. Rico Abreu finishes a solid weekend coming in 3rd in the feature and 4th in points. Paul Mcmahan finishes 4th in the A and 6th in points. Shane Stewart recovers from an early race crash to finish 6th in the feature and 2nd in the points. Daryn Pittman ran consistent to finish 7th in the finale and 10th in points.
