47th Enid Speedway Winter Nationals Details Released!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – October 08, 2012 - Details and payout information has been announced for the 47th annual Enid Speedway Winter Nationals, scheduled to take place Saturday and Sunday afternoon, October 27-28, 2012 at Enid Speedway in Enid, Oklahoma according to officials with Speedway's Inc.
Modifieds, sport mods, street stocks and factory stocks/thumpers will compete both nights while the pure/hobby stocks will only run on Saturday afternoon and the late model gladiators on Sunday afternoon only.
Below is the format for both afternoons racing events:
Saturday: Modifieds, sport mods, street stocks, factory stocks and pure stocks
A complete show of heat races and features will be run for the pure stocks.
Format for the other four divisions are as follows – Drivers will draw for starting position in their heat races. After the heats the top twenty drivers in passing points will run a qualifying race. The top twelve drivers will be qualified for rows 1-6 in Sunday afternoon' feature finale. The next eight drivers will fill rows 1-4 in the last chance race with the remaining cars lined up off their total points.
Sunday: Complete show of heat races and features will be run for the late models.
Last chance features for the modifieds, sport mods, street stocks and factory stocks
Gates both days will open at 11:00 am and races will start at 2:00 pm.
Attention all drivers competing in the late model, modified and sport mod divisions. Raceceivers are MANDATORY! There will be ZERO tolerance. If your receiver is not working or you are not listening you will be disqualified!
Entry fee: Late models $50, modifieds, sport mods, street stocks and factory stocks $25.
ALL DRIVERS IN ALL DIVISIONS MUST DRAW UPON ARRIVING AT THE TRACK!
