Springfield, Mo.- With the forecast of cooler temps on Saturday, the staff at the Springfield Raceway are moving everything up 1 hour for the ASCS Warrior/Sooner Winged Sprint Car battle presented by Budweiser and the Will Fischer Distributing Company for Octoberfast.

The pit gates will now open at 2PM with Hot laps to start at 4PM and Racing at 5PM. Local drivers meeting will be at 3:40 and draw cut-off is set for 4:15. Grandstand Gates will open at 3PM.
Along with the ASCS Regional Winged Sprint Cars, racing will feature USRA Modifieds racing for $500 to win and $100 to start and USRA National points, USRA B Modifieds battling for $300 to win and $40 to start along with USRA National points, Midwest Modz in a $150 to win and $30 to start event, Street Stocks and Factory Stocks together in a $200 to win and $35 to start race and Pure Stocks(Bring your home area track rules or run under Springfield's) exciting the crowd with a $100 to win and $30 to start race. Also added and running together will be Pro 4's and Mini-Stocks.
Grandstand Admission will be $20 for Adults while kids are $5 for 6-12 and under 6 Free in the only race this season for Winged Sprint Cars as the 2 Regional Series battle for points. Pit passes will be $30.
