the Minnesota Mafia is invading Elko
Speedway in conjunction with the UMSS for the Fall Dirt Nationals. We
will be adding bonus money to both nights as follows:
$100 MN Mafia
Hardcharger Award
$100 MN Mafia Hard Luck Award
$100 MN Mafia
Highest Finisher Award if the car has a MN Mafia decal
The decals
are free and will be distributed in the pits ahead of time to all those
drivers who want to place a decal on their car

Only the UMSS 360's will be there for sprints. They killed it 2 years back by running it for too many nights. The crowd for the 410 shows were way down because they ran them the second weekend of dirt weeks so they can not afford to have them. That track is a fender crowd anyways. Nice facility and I would love to see the IRA back.

Its actually a great show. ive been going to this even since it started. its an awesoem facility and every class puts on a great show. last years fall nationals had a last lap pass for the win and man were those cars on a rail. its supossed to rain on thursday which is even better with the low temps. that track should be lightning fast both nights. ( for and asphalt track they sure do pretty good track prep ) I cant wait. only 2 more days

I have raced with several different drivers "on the dirt" at ELKO over the past few years and have never found it to be a boring race. These are shows we look forward to every year and seems to continue to draw large car counts. This is an event that the "Mafia" just couldn't stay away from and working with UMSS is something we have wanted to do since our inception. We are impatiently counting down the minutes until race day and are confident that Mr. Ryan and the UMSS will put on a show that is second to none.

do you have a list of drivers going. I know last year there were a lot more cars then the UMSS regulars. hopefully its the same this year

This is a great show, and as winger stated for an asphalt track they sure know how to prepare a dirt track, last year on the final night rain moved in after the heats and they did all the right things to keep from loosing the track and got it back into good racing conditions for the features! Will be making the trip again this weekend!
