"The Shark" finished 3rd at SDS last night, edging out Andy Forsberg for the championship title. Forsberg entered the last points race of the 2012 season with a 4 point advantage, but after Becker posted quick time in qualifying and both Forsberg and Becker finished 3rd in their heats, Becker started the feature 1 point up on Forsberg. Becker's 3rd place feature finish was enough to hold on for the top spot in the points battle.
Congratulations to Sean and team. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy! Sean is quietly and consistently one of the best shoes we have here in CA. Always love to see him succeed.

Best track they have had all year!!! Very racy passing high and low. A little rutted but an awesome awesome show.
