Below is what I saw posted from I believe ASCS office:

Due to the actions taken by specific employees along with the current management at Cowtown Speedway in Kennedale, Texas it has been determined by the American Sprint Car Series and its affiliated series to cease any and all relations with Cowtown Speedway.

It is unfortunate that these steps are being taken. However, it is in the best interest of the teams and sponsors of the American Sprint Car Series that these actions must be taken.

Here is what I have found that occured at the track. What was not mentioned is that Bo threw a fit and made a mess of the draw in area. Jeff is the promoter at Cowtown Speedway that they are refering to. Again this is what was posted that happened:

First there are faults on both sides the way the situation happened.
From what I have been told ASCS had made a decision during last week not to allow Bo granddaughter race base on money which are claimed he owed I have not source for amount and how he owes them but it does not matter based on Cowtwon Speedway.
The ASCS official was aware of the situation and chose not to call or approach Jeff or Bo before race day even though he had talked to Jeff multiple times during the week. This was the error of the ASCS official that was at the track. The ASCS official even had been to their trailer to visit before the draw and nothing was mentioned. (The proper way to avoid confrontation would have been to handle it prior to race day)
Now not taking sides when the grandaughter was notified at drawing Bo was out of line big time throwing the table and kicking tumblers.
After the conflict Jeff was called over and he told ASCS official that they would have to allow her to race. Even the main sponser said she should race or he was going to pull all of his cars. Jeff said she would race or ASCS would be gone. The ASCS official said she would not race so they were asked to leave.
Jeff then told all the mini sprints if they choose to stay he would pay the same purse run cowtown rules as a normal nite and if they chose to leave he would give all pitpass mnoney back. At that point I lined up all the mini sprints and drew them in. To my knowledge there were not any that chose to leave.
