King of the West Series
The "John Anthony Sharp Memorial" Race
on July 14th has been cancelled...
A Message from the promoter....
I'm so sorry to say that we have to cancel this event
due to the wall being so damaged. The track would be unsafe at this
point to put any drivers on it. The Fairgrounds Manager asked that we
fix it to meet the safety code. The process of doing this will take a
couple of months to replace all the walls that need to be fixed around
the track. The bright side of this is that we will have everything up to
code and looking great in time for our Trophy Cup. Sorry for any
inconvenience, but driver and spectator safety is extremely important
and our number one concern at the track. Thank You for understanding and
we look forward to seeing you at The Trophy Cup in October....

what happen to the wall

Is this existing, cumulative damage, or was there one particular incident? If I remember right, I saw Steven Tiner "happen" to the turn 1 wall twice in one weekend.
