Try it again, NCRA Sport Mods at 81 Speedway Date Rescheduled!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Park City, Kansas – June 20, 2012 - After experiencing two rainouts in a row, the Bob Howard PDC and Mopar National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products southern sport modified division will try for the third time to get a show in at 81 Speedway in Park City on Saturday night, June 30th.
After teams assembled in the pit area gearing up for hot laps, heavy rains caused the May 19th show to be rescheduled for this past Saturday night, June 16. But as Mother Nature would have it, early morning rains and the forecast for more showers that evening forced officials to once again pull the plug.
Then on Monday series officials announced the makeup date with gates opening at 5:00 pm and racing at 7:00 pm.
