I am curious about what accommodations, if any, there are for handicapped people at Arizona Raceway. I am an above knee amputee and use an electric mobility scooter to get around. Is there any sort of viewing area for people like myself. At the now closed Tucson International Raceway there was a hill just off turn four that was ideal for people like myself. Unfortunately it's not possible for me to get up into grandstands.

Great people at that facility, give them a call or email..http://etmotopark.com/updates
I have seen some people in chairs there, but not sure where they were sitting.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

Nope, Arizona Raceway is a new track that is in their 2nd season of racing I believe. The track that is shutting down is the former USA Raceway in Tucson.

Not exactly shutting down, and I have a lot of confidence it will get going again. It's the nicest facility in AZ, so I sure hope so... Here's a read..http://abcteam.websitetoolbox.com/post/Tucson-Int-Raceway-5847242
For now.."special events through out the year like the AMA Flat Track October 6th and the World of Outlaws in March and much more, we look forward to seeing all of our fans and having fun again.

Glad to hear it isn't completely shutting down. Went there for the Outlaws a few times when I lived in Phoenix. Awesome facility!! I would hate to see it go to waste.
