OMRA ECOtec Midgets back to action
this Friday Night at Will Rogers Raceway!
Lucas Oil POWRi Midgets coming in 2 weeks!
CLAREMORE, OK (Monday, May 7th, 2012) - This Friday night the OMRA ECOtec Midgets will return to the 1/6 highbanked dirt oval of the Will Rogers Raceway.
After the first race of the OMRA series back on Saturday April 28th, officials with the OMRA Series and the Will Rogers Raceway have decided to change the race days from Saturday nights to Friday nights.
Brian McClelland of Broken Arrow, OK took the inaugural feature win for the OMRA Series with Matt Ward and Chett Gerhke coming out the Top 3 in the 25 lap feature event.
Also on the racing card this Friday night is a Will Rogers "Weekly Racing Series" Points Race! Featuring the - Outlaws, A-Class, Junior Sprints, Sportsman, Non-Wing & Restrictors.
Outlaws will be paying $500 to win
A-Class & Non-Wing - $300
Restrictors - $250
Junior Sprints - $100
Sportsman - $200!
While the OMRA Midgets will be running on a car count based pay scale!
8-11 Cars - $500 to win, 12 Cars -$550, 13-14 - $600, 15 - $650 & 16+ - $750 to win!
