I need my sprint car fix, so I'll be headed to Marysville for race number 1 of the California season. Then it's off to Vegas to start off the outlaw west coast tour.

I'm about to leave San Jose for Marysville. It is a nice 2.5 hour drive up 680. $2,500 to win should draw a few cars. Can't wait to see who shows up.

What an amazing winter day in the valley. Crisp blue sky's, temps in the 60's and probably low 50's or high 40's by the main event time. I can hardly wait to smell the methanol!

A results: Hirst Croft Tarlton Wiesz Moore Lovell Bunch Forsberg Klein Rollag Whittchurch...
24 cars showed up. Tarlton came from deep in the field to finish 3rd. If he started closer to the front, we would have a different winner. Over all, it was a great race. It was my first time there in 8 years. I think the track is alittle better than it was back then.

All Coast Challenge this Sat. at Naylors joint. Spencer to come up, probably in one of Biggies car. Other big dogs to show up.
WOO at Tulare on 16th and 27th, ought to be a helluva show with mods on Fri. and W/C 360's on Sat.
Overheard at Ventura, Buffalo Bill and Ray Vodder to carpool to Tulare for the WOO doubleheader.
