I trust you mean per schedule 'on' Feb. 15th.
It is true, the Oil Capital Racing Series will Thunder into "Brill's Motor Speedway" on Friday April 20th in Meeker, Oklahoma. Race fans and race teams alike have been wanting this to happen for sometime and now it is a reality.
