I want my $39.99 back. I can't even get on DV. It tells me err everytime I try to put in my password and screen name. this is BS

I'd be pissed. Exactly why I didn't waste my money.

Both of y'all should have plenty of bandwidth - I'm only on 2.5m DSL here and don't have any issues. again not sure what your particular issue is - might try clearing cookies and cache? Or try emailing [email protected] for assistance.

Cable internet, connection speed approximately 10mbps, 7pm CST just returned from errands and wanted to listen to the Feature. Tried connecting to Dirtvision in both Firefox and MSIE and it timed out in both. Just to be sure it wasn't on my end I opened up an episode of Ice Road Truckers on the Netflix website and watched a few minutes of it. The page was streaming fine so I suspect this Dirtvision is overwhelmed again. We watch Netflix on our computers and the Wii all the time here as well as current episodes of shows on the network TV sites and never have any issues.
For me watching racing is something I do out in a warm summer sun and seldom watch or listen to any type of racing broadcasts online. Every once in a while I'll listen in before our weather warms up but have always had mixed success with this site. That's just my experience but we've got a pretty solid cable internet connection and rarely have any issues on this end.
P.S. I never have any issues getting on their site to check their schedules when there aren't any races currently being broadcast. Sounds like they're down on power to me and need to find another engine builder.

Stan - you may be right about the site getting hammered. The chat server took a dump right before the first sprint heat and has been MIA since. All I know is I 'got in the pool' early ~ 5:15pm central and got video and audio both right away. Video (like I said) dropped out when the first sprint heat was starting but that is/was the only glitch tonite (other than chat - and chat was mostly mortified fans anyways)
EDIT - and just as I posted the above the video locked up with a freeze frame ... jinx?

Racing is meant to be experienced with a warm breeze and a cool beer. It's never good to try and cheat nature.

Finally got audio to come back at about 7:45 central - note says "video is down due to a server issue".

I've been paying them since they started their video streams and I can tell you it hasn't gotten much better from day one. When the stream does work the production value is still horrible. This year they've added a couple of stationary cameras that actually follow the race action just about as well as the moving camera. Is it to much to ask that they follow some of the action Johnny Gibson is describing instead of closeup shots of the car running alone in 7th. or 12th. Of all the racing streams out there, Dirtvision is still in the bottom tier IMHO.
I've said this almost every year... It must be my fault because I keep paying them. I do want them to succeed.

Last night as we kicked off our coverage of the sprint car portion of the 2012 UNOH DIRTcar Nationals presented by Summit Racing Equipment, we've experienced issues with our web hosting company. We have been assured that the issue has been taken care of, and we hope to provide a fluid stream for fans this evening and throughout the rest of speed weeks. If you would rather have a refund, send your requests to [email protected] with your user and credit card information. We apologize again for the problems we've experienced these past two days and we thank you all for your patience as we get things back up and running. We purchased all new streaming computer equipment and added additional cameras. Everything tested fine and worked flawlessly but we did not have the server load that we experienced last night. We hope to provide you with the best possible show we can. Thank you again.
