And I have the Winter Challenge to look forward to at Canyon, and that's 6 nights of Sprinters on the dirt Randy, not asphalt....OK, wish I was there..LOL

A car turns around in the corner and twenty minutes later eight to ten track workers finally figure out how to get it on the hook and off the track. When Leffler turned around I figured I had time to cook up some grits and do the laundry before they got back to racing. It took them more than half an hour to get a sprint car right-side-up. I can see 'em flipping through the USAC manual for the instructions on how to right-side-up a sprint car.
Let's go to winged focus midgets on the pavement and be done with it.

Track Workers , while they were extremely safe in there efforts ,they took way to long at everything and the only reason half of the midget race wasnt under yellow is because the scoring tower took a dump for awhile so im assuming scoring did also .as for the sprinters i do not know how bad the TAMALE WAGON was after the 1st start but after they took care of the drivers involved the track workers could have gotten that car back to the pits to be repaired instead it was the last car off the track . and by the way was probably the only car that had a chance for repairs. what is a sprint race without a 20 year old tamale wagon racing .ok now that im done complaining for the most part the racing was pretty good and ill be back again and again and again . not bad for not being in the DIRT!
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

I think that the track workers didn't know what to do with a car that doesn't have fenders. Might as well of called it the Turkey Night 73 lap race. Same sort of thing at last years race.
