I just checked the radar, it looks like the last of the rain is in West Des Moines. If it doesn't rain any more, should we be ok for the masters classic? Surely most of them are in town already, and this years masters classic sounds like a damn good one.

Rain is moving out as of 10:35 and will not be a factor the rest of the day. Should be a real good show tonight.

Forecast calls for more storms to develop this afternoon. Sorry to be a pessimist, but don't look good for tonight. Maybe they can run an extended program Saturday night.

Knoxville Rained Out!
6/1/2007 - Knoxville,
IA - The Masters Classic - 305 Shootout has been cancelled tonight due
to rain. The 22 Masters Classic cars and 22 "305"s in the infield - and
the sun shinning between heavy showers - were ready to take to the
track when the "fat lady" sang!
The Masters Classic will run
Saturday night as part of the Championship Cup series. The "305"s will
return to Knoxville Raceway on Friday night, June 15th with the World
of Outlaws Late Model Series.
