Brown, Bergman, Dover, Lasoski, Johnson
Brian Brown, Seth Bergman, Jack Dover, Danny Lasoski, C. J. Johnson, Jason Johnson, Gary Lee Maier, Jordan Boston, Gregg Bakker, Lee Grosz and the list goes on. These drivers and many more will be at I-80 Speedway this weekend (September 16 & 17) for the ASCS/NCRA Sprint Car Challenge. The Sprint Cars will be running complete programs each night paying $3,000 to win and $400 to start.
Also racing Friday night, September 16 will be the Good Old Time Racing Association (GOTRA) and ProAms. The ProAms/Stock Cars will be running double features only (no heat races). Grandstands open at 5:30 pm on Friday with racing at 7 pm. Grandstand Admission is $15 for Adults, $5 for Juniors (6-15) with 5 and under free.
The Grand Nationals/Limited Late Models and Hornets will be joining the sprint cars on Saturday night. Both the Grand Nationals and Hornets will be running double features (No heat races). Grandstands open at 5:00 pm on Saturday, September 17 with racing at 7 pm. Grandstand Admission is $20 for Adults, $5 for Juniors (6-15) with 5 and under free.
I-80 Speedway is located off Interstate 80 at exit 420, halfway between Omaha and Lincoln. The 4/10 mile dirt track is home to the NASCAR Whelen All American Series (NWAAS) on Sunday nights, and host several specials featuring regional touring late model and sprint car series.
