Check out Paige Polyak kicking butt during the NRA 360/305 Challenge at Fremont Speedway 8-13-11. Clip can be found at www.highvistavideo.com

Anybody that thinks that a woman can't wheel a sprinter needs to watch that video. She was down 55 cubic inches to the rest of the cars around her and kicked their ass.

An amusing note to this: Kyle Sauder protested her win. After her motor pumped as a legal 305 he left the track without paying the protest fee.

Just wondering, but how could the track allow a protest without actually requiring the protesting driver to put up the cash beforehand? Seems like an obvious flaw in the process to allow a protest to be filed without collecting the money as soon as the protest was lodged?

I'm not sure how it works but, what you said makes perfect sense. I'm thinking that it might be up to the sanctioning body (NRA) to collect the fee. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
