If they don't, they should.

then they should ban drinking a beverage, talking to the person next to you, smoking, and other things that distract you while driving....right?
a new study shows that cell phone use, either hands free or not, while driving, doesn't lead to any more accidents than any other distraction.
texting can be another matter.
to indy and beyond!!

I'm glad they ban it here in California! It's f'n scary enough with amount of people we have here that drive on the roads. Let alone some jabber-box who can't wait to tell there friend or relative what they saw on the road or how their day went until a much safer time instead of while driving in extreme traffic situations. Oh by the way......WOMEN are the worst about it IMO!!
Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

No, talking on the cell phone is not banned. Texting or anything else like that is as of July 1.
