Receive BMS Email and Text Message Announcements

Meeker, Oklahoma (August 1, 2011) - In an effort to improve our
communications with race fans and the racing community we are in the process of
setting up a database of Email and cell phone numbers. This database list will
be part of the new BMS News Alert system. When late breaking news occurs such as
a rainout or schedule update we will send out Email and Text alerts to everyone
in our database. We want to keep you informed and help you avoid uneccessary
travel if we should rainout.

If you wish to be added to our database please email the following
information to the webmaster. We will also have forms at the track you can
fillout.

What we need:

Your Name, Email address, Cell phone number, and we need to know who your
cell phone carrier is: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile U.S. Cellular or Verizon. We
must know your carrier in order to send you a text. Please also let us know if
you want to be notified by Email or Text Message.

Just Email the above information to: [email protected]. We will add you to
the database. After the database is built we will send out a test Email/Text
alert to be sure it is working when we need it.

We hope this will help keep you abreast of what is happening at BMS.

If you don't want to or can't email the webmaster, you can send the info to
BMS facebook page and I will make sure we get your information entered
