I have been asked by some of my vendors if I would be interested in putting on a Swap Meet up in the Twin Cities area. I have found a place to hold one. And have it on hold. It would be in a new Heated building with all Cement floor and very good lighting with a large over head door so you can drive in and unload . With room for up to 150 10x10 booths pricing for the booths would be in the $30 to $40 range for a 10x10 booth. The dates would possibly be Sat. Jan.21 or Sat. Feb.4 2012. The place is within 1 hour of the Twin Cities. I do not think there is a swap meet up in this area. The only one that I now of is the Feger's Swap Meet and was told they did not have it last year. If some one could confirm this??

If you have any comments about this or any other info you can give me leave your suggestions on here.Or [email protected]

There are no swap meets around the Twin Cities right now that I know of. I think it would probably go over good. It would be more of a stock car meet then anything as this is stock car country. You would have to get the word out now so you could sell boothes and get the word out to fans.

What's that deal they have up in St. Cloud? A wissota expo or something? I think that's geared more towards new stuff, chassis, motors, etc, for the stock cars and modifieds.

Didn't they have something up in Mora last year? Don't know how big that deal was.

Most of those stock car and modified guys hang around on the 20/20 board so you could post there and probably generate some interest.
