From the sounds of it, glad we didn't make the 3h trip and saved a little $$$

I used to live in KS and raced with the NCRA guys in the past. Most of them are grass roots racers and the economy put many of them either out of racing or looking for cheaper alternatives. I hate to say it, but sprint cars are dying a slow death in the midwest areas other than Knoxville, Eagle, Husets. The areas that don't have a strong weekly program are just not getting the support they need to put on good races anymore.

Very true, wait till this kid has a full time ride in 1 car.... I know of at least 3 cars hes been in this season. And he also nearly won the Eagle Nationals, so dont bash him for winning on a bad track. Congrats Jordan

If you expected anything different then you haven't been a fan very long. Hutch in the middle of July, that equals dry slick (like most Kansas tracks). What did you expect, heavy with a cushion??!!
