Just got off the phone with new Lake Country Speedway owner John Webb and here is information that you may need to know effective immediately:
Lake Country Speedway will be racing this Saturday night. He will also have a drivers meeting introducing himself and talk about his plan of action.
After this Saturday the track will be off for two weeks in which that time all is invited to help paint and put up fencing. More changes will also be made to the track.
The next week back raceceivers will be required. He will have them for rent.
USRA POINTS WILL BE KEPT FROM NOW UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR! NO changes will be made to any division, no adding classes together. Current rules are the rules until the season is over.
The Jordan Page Winter Nationals will be kept and will be held on September 9-10 highlighted by $3000 to win (no entry fee) for modifieds and $1000 to win limited modifieds (no entry fee). Payout for other divisions forthcoming.
