Good weekend of racing in WI coming up. Twin features Friday for the IRA. The first one is paying points and the second one is for the money and hearing they are coming up with some way to redraw for the second feature starting spots.

The Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series head to the half-mile Dodge County Fairgrounds this Friday night July 1st for the annual Rick Schmidt Memorial. The Dodge County Fair track is located just east of Beaver Dam, WI on Hwy 33. The venue lost both its' April scheduled IRA events to weather so this show will kick off the 2011 racing season at the popular highspeed facility. IRA will highlight the show by running 2 feature events this Friday night. A good field of Vintage Modifieds will entertain the crowd both on display and on the track throughout the night. A driver can take home $3500 Friday by virtue of winning the $2000 to win 24 car 20 lap first main event, and $1500 for the 20 car 15 lap follow up portion.

Saturday if anyone is interested they can head to Wimot for a 410 weekly show and Sunday the IRA is back at 141 Speedway. Awesome show earlier this year.

Will we see any outsiders this weekend?

Three 410 races for these guys this weekend, someone is sure to get beercanned. The only outsider you will see is when someone gets beercanned by beercan out of the ballpark.

Ricky Logan must have "mailed it in" for the year. Why does he run down in NZ anyway? Not really stellar competition.

who else tonight? Tatnell? Heskin? Jeffrey?
