HANFORD, Cal. (June 25, 2011) – Tommy Tarlton extended his ASCS Southern California points lead by winning Saturday night’s 30-lap feature event at Giant Chevrolet Kings Speedway.
Tarlton gunned into the lead from the pole position and raced on to his third ASCS SoCal win of the year in front of fellow front row starter Craig Stidham, with Tim Kaeding charging from 14th to claim the show position as the final car on the lead lap.
Steven Kent was fourth, with Eric Humphries and Albert Pombo the only other cars just one lap down in the fast-paced affair. The balance of the top ten included Koen Shaw, Garrett Netto, Andy Ferris and Kevin Michnowicz.
Faria and Tarlton topped heat race action.
